Treasury, Finance & Administration Coordinator

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

Financial Planning
To coordinate and assist all concerned parties along budget planning process from budget setting to BOD submission; as well as, to monitor, analyze and report actual usage against approved budget.
To analyze and conduct monthly financial performance review and prepare MIS for Management, BOD and other stakeholders.
To implement the financial projection for short term and long term plan of the company.
To recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses from historical data both horizontal and vertical method.
To provide technical support and advice on financing matters
To perform any ad hoc works as required by stakeholders.

Treasury
To implement and be a focal point of all documents required for execution and administration of loan, bond, or other debt instruments and ensure compliance to covenants, representations and undertakings.
To review and ensure suitable terms and conditions of letter of credit to be able to collect money from acceptable bank.
To monitor the outstanding payment, contact customers, ensure timely collection of payments , issue receipt to customers and report on collection activity.
To process, monitor daily cash flow transactions, perform cash flow planning and prepare periodic reports.
To analyze and manage cash on hands to minimize funding costs and maximize yields as well as to ensure sufficient funds for long-term business operations.
To analyze and evaluate both financial risk and business risk and assess credit risk of Customers, determine the degree of credit risk and propose a suitable payment condition for approval from the Credit Committee.
To review and monitor FX markets and perform FX hedging including periodic reports, presentations and also determine the appropriate solution and propose FX hedging for approval from the FX Committee.
To perform FX forward contract in term of approval process and submission to the Bank.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor degree in accounting, financing or Economics

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical, data organization and interpretation skills.
  • Have a good knowledge of petrochemical business, accounting principles, managerial accounting,   financial practices, economic risk analysis, FX market, and etc.
  • Good command of English and computer literacy; TOEIC score of 700 minimum or other equivalent english proficiency certificate is advantageous.

 

EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years of experiences in related field.
