ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
People Development Coordinator — Consolidated Summary
- Learning & Development Planning and Execution
Analyze capability gaps, translate IDPs and organizational requirements into effective learning solutions, and manage end‑to‑end training operations for in‑house, local, and overseas programs. - Learning Evaluation, Digital Learning & Data Management
Manage LMS and digital learning platforms, monitor learning analytics, and collect and analyze evaluation data to drive continuous improvement. - Knowledge Management & Learning Organization Initiatives
Drive, facilitate, and implement KM and Learning Organization initiatives, including knowledge‑sharing, knowledge capture, and Communities of Practice to strengthen long‑term organizational capability. - Program Support, Innovation & Compliance
Support additional development programs (scholarships, onboarding, team‑building), stay updated on L&D innovations, and ensure compliance with company policies and QSHE standards.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRD, OD, Business Administration, Political Science, Economics, or related fields.
EXPERIENCE
- 3–5 years of experience in HRD, HRM, OD, KM, or Learning Organization.
- Experience in petroleum/petrochemical or related industries is a plus.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Good understanding of adult learning principles and organizational learning concepts.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and drive implementation effectively.
