ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

People Development Coordinator — Consolidated Summary

  1. Learning & Development Planning and Execution
    Analyze capability gaps, translate IDPs and organizational requirements into effective learning solutions, and manage end‑to‑end training operations for in‑house, local, and overseas programs.
  2. Learning Evaluation, Digital Learning & Data Management
    Manage LMS and digital learning platforms, monitor learning analytics, and collect and analyze evaluation data to drive continuous improvement.
  3. Knowledge Management & Learning Organization Initiatives
    Drive, facilitate, and implement KM and Learning Organization initiatives, including knowledge‑sharing, knowledge capture, and Communities of Practice to strengthen long‑term organizational capability.
  4. Program Support, Innovation & Compliance
    Support additional development programs (scholarships, onboarding, team‑building), stay updated on L&D innovations, and ensure compliance with company policies and QSHE standards.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or higher in HRD, OD, Business Administration, Political Science, Economics, or related fields.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3–5 years of experience in HRD, HRM, OD, KM, or Learning Organization.
  • Experience in petroleum/petrochemical or related industries is a plus.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Good understanding of adult learning principles and organizational learning concepts.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and drive implementation effectively.
