People Capability Coordinator

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Design and develop people development frameworks and mechanisms, including establishing a Learning Organization model, to ensure workforce capabilities are aligned with and ready to support business growth
  • Implement people development initiatives by executing strategies, policies, frameworks, processes, tools, and systems effectively in line with organizational objectives.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and continuously enhance the effectiveness of development initiatives, ensuring ongoing improvement and measurable impact
  • Initiate and lead strategic capability-building and talent development projects to strengthen employee competencies and support evolving business demands
  • Drive career management initiatives, including the design and implementation of career ladders, career paths, succession planning, talent development programs, leadership development program, competency management system.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management (HRM), Human Resource Development (HRD), Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 - 10 years of professional experience in People Management or People Development, with a strong focus on career management, competency management, learning and development design, leadership development, and talent management, or related fields
  • Advanced strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Thai and English (verbal and written)
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships and networks across diverse stakeholders
