ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Support the formulation of HROD strategies aligned with corporate strategies and business objectives
  • Design and develop the HROD operating model, including work processes and system innovations
  • Drive HROD transformation initiatives and related change management programs
  • Analyze HROD data and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making
  • Ensure effective execution of HROD strategies through well-defined implementation plans to achieve corporate targets

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management (HRM), Human Resource Development (HRD), Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of 3 - 10 years of professional experience.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and logical thinking skills, with demonstrated leadership capabilities and professional maturity.
  • Experience in business strategy, process improvement, change management, innovation, HRIS, or OD/HR functions within leading organizations will be considered an advantage.
