EXPERIENCE
At least 3-5 years professional experience in any field of HR Strategy, HR Business Partner, Change management, People Capability Development, Strategic Planning or Business Development.
EDUCATION
Bachelor or higher in HR, Political Science, Business Management, Economics and related fields.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Have Human Capital Management, Organization Development or Consulting background.
- Interpersonal skill ,logical thinking, resilient.
- Leadership and maturity.
- Experience in HR Project Management would be advantage.
- Possible to work in Sriracha and refinery (if wish to move to BKK wouldn’t require).
- TOEIC score of 550 is required.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Coordinate with related functions across organization in developing the prospect HR strategy in areas of workforce planning, workforce capability and employee experience to support business strategies and goals.
2. Conduct related research, HR analytics, HR trends through various methods to analyze and develop HR related solutions and initiatives.
3. Work closely with HRBP, HR CoE, HR execution team to ensure these HR strategies executing through effective implementation plans leading to corporate targets.
