ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY (FOR RECRUITMENT)
Part 1 : Thaioil Group’s Subsidiary Management
1.1 TOP Group HRM Policy Implementation & Governance :
Deploy TOP Group HRM policy to subsidiary companies; monitor, review, and analyze implementation to ensure alignment with TOP Group standards and local regulations, and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
1.2 PM Business Partner for Thaioil Group’s Subsidiary
Act as strategic HR partner to BU’s executives by providing advisory support on range of complex organizational and people matters to support achievement of business objectives and delivering data-driven insights to support effective decision-making and business performance.
Part 2 : Mobility & Expatriate Management
Manage end-to-end mobility programs, including outbound international assignments and inbound expatriate management, ensuring compliance with immigration, tax, labor, and TOP Group mobility policy.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree or higher preferably in Human Resource Management, Business or related field
EXPERIENCE
- At least 5 years experience in Mobility & Expatriate Management , HR governance and policy implementation or related filed
- Understanding of HRM operation
- Knowledge of Mobility & Immigration
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset
- Good judgment, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability
- Effective communication in English (written and spoken)
