Employee Relations Coordinator

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

1. Analyze and provide suggestion on IR/ER issues and legal matters particularly in the right of labour law and related laws.
2. Monitor labour legal changes and design establish company policies and procedures accordingly to ensuring ensure compliance to labour law accordingly.
3. Analyze, study and propose employee relations/engagement strategy including roadmap and execution plan aligning with corporate strategy and direction.
4. Manage, analyse and improve employee engagement survey to ensure effective implementation and measurement.
5. Create and conduct initiatives/programs/activities to increase employee satisfaction and engagement as well as leverage culture awareness and recognition in employees at all levels.
6. Provide accurate, factual, and any matters of feedback from employees and employee representatives to support the company decision to resolve IR/ER issues and to reach mutual collective agreement with the Union of TORC, EC and Welfare Committee etc.
7. Provide employee information and approach when negotiate with union committee

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in laws, Political Sciences, Public/Business Administration or related fields.

EXPERIENCE

  • At least 2-3 years experience in Labor Laws, preferably in industrial environment as well as employee engagement or corporate culture.
    • Good command of English and computer literacy.
