ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• • Conduct, consolidate and execute budget development for CAPEX, OPEX, and ROU, propose annual plan and Digital budget

  • Review figures, documents and journal entry postings for correct entry, mathematical accuracy and proper account coding for the general ledgers

  • Manage budget allocation and budget transfer after approval e.g. OPEX and CAPEX

  • Regularly reconcile or direct the reconciliation of various accounts receivable and other balance sheet accounts

  • Prepare, coordinate, and communicate monthly financial calendar close

  • Coordinate with related stakeholders, i.e., IT Admin, to collect relevant information in order to calculate chargeback model

  • Consolidate and reconcile spending information from related stakeholders for summarizing DG financial report

  • Report digital financial performance, analyze variance (budgeted costs versus actual costs) and support budget decision making

  • Support digital project audit exercise related to financial scope such as digital project spending, digital financial plan

  • Provide input / information for Strategic/Contract Partnership Officer for further cost optimization

EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline
