• Industrial Engineering / Other Engineering Field

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

1. Create a change management approach and methodology
2. Work with managers across the TOP Group to help them identify problem areas or improvement opportunities and assist them to put in place change programs
3. Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans/project – including communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plan
4. Research for information and trend from both local and global of change management in order to update and strengthen TOP Group change management system
5. Analyze TOP Group existing processes of TOP Group in order to determine how these processes can be improved and utilize more cheaply, efficiently and effectively
6. Develop and maintain the availability of systematic approaches, methodologies and tools which support analytical process design and process improvement consulting services across the TOP Group
