ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for end-to-end corporate insurance management, including insurance procurement, policy renewal, coordination with insurers and brokers, insurance advisory, and claims management to effectively support the organization’s risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and renewal of corporate insurance policies including property insurance, marine cargo insurance, third-party liability insurance, construction insurance (CAR/EAR), and other miscellaneous coverage
• Coordinate with internal departments to gather and prepare underwriting information and documentation and site readiness for surveys
• Liaise with insurance companies and brokers, including coordination of Risk Engineering Surveys
• Provide insurance advisory services and respond to inquiries regarding policy coverage and conditions
• Handle and manage insurance claims to ensure timely and effective resolution
• Administer insurance processes including approval workflows, premium payments, policy adjustments and insurance database.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Insurance, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Science ,Risk Management, Safety, Business Administration, Finance, MBA, or related fields

EXPERIENCE

• Age: 30 - 37 years old (Male or Female)
• Strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing, TOEIC score of 800 or above or equivalent
• Minimum 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in insurance company, insurance broker, corporate insurance, risk management, safety/HSE, loss adjusting, finance, or corporate administration
• Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset
• Highly proficient in professional reporting and presentation (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and related applications)
• Proficient in utilizing digital tools to improve work efficiency
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills. Able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
