ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY (FOR RECRUITMENT)
- Manage climate risk and related scenario analysis in accordance with global standard/guideline (i.e. TRFD, CDP, and etc.)
- Develop corporate climate/net zero strategy and pathway with target and KPI in alignment with business strategy, including deploy and monitoring progress and performance
- Ensure Circular Economy (CE) alignment with Thaioil sustainability policy
- Drive internal functions and affiliates to develop master plan and action plan in alignment with corporate CE/climate/net zero strategy and pathway, including setting of target, KPI and budget
- Manage carbon credit registration, circularity products certificate and verification (e.g. ISCC, T-VER, etc.)
- Manage corporate GHG accounting and verification covering GHG Scope 1,2,3 and climate related database (i.e. CFO, CFP) of BAU, affiliate and growth project
- Ensure monitoring and advocacy of climate/CE related regulation to protect and balance benefit between company and stakeholders’ expectation
- Support corporate communication, engagement session and questionnaire on CE/climate/net zero related
- Support benchmarking related to climate/CE management
- Manage management review (i.e. SDC and etc.)
EDUCATION (FOR RECRUITMENT)
Bachelor's or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Environmental Science / Engineering.
EXPERIENCE (FOR RECRUITMENT)
- Have knowledge of oil and petrochemical, energy and environmental industry, including climate management background.
- Prefer 3-5 years' experience in operations of oil and petrochemical process or SD works including climate management
OTHER REQUIREMENTS (FOR RECRUITMENT)
- Able to work independently in flexible workplaces
- Fluently reading, writing and speaking in English at international level and able to contact with global partner or international representative body
- Good human relationship, high tolerance for working under pressure
