ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Manage and record company accounting transactions in compliance with accounting policies and generally accepted accounting standards.
• Support cost accounting processes including inventory valuation, cost allocation, and NRV (Net Realizable Value) assessment to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in preparing cost-related reports, reconciliations, and variance analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure proper approval and documentation of transactions.
• Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and ethical standards in all accounting activities.

• ดูแลและบันทึกธุรกรรมทางบัญชีของบริษัทให้ถูกต้องตามนโยบายและมาตรฐานการบัญชีที่รับรองทั่วไป
• สนับสนุนงานด้าน บัญชีต้นทุน เช่น การประเมินมูลค่าสินค้าคงคลัง, การจัดสรรต้นทุน และการคำนวณNRV (Net Realizable Value) เพื่อให้รายงานทางการเงินมีความถูกต้อง
• จัดทำรายงานต้นทุน, การกระทบยอด และการวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่าง เพื่อช่วยค้นหาโอกาสในการปรับปรุงธุรกิจ
• ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้การอนุมัติและเอกสารครบถ้วน
• รักษามาตรฐานด้านความถูกต้อง ความตรงเวลา และจริยธรรมทางวิชาชีพ 

EDUCATION

Diploma (High Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields.

EXPERIENCE

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and cost accounting practices.
• Understanding of inventory valuation methods and NRV calculation.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with flexibility to support operations outside normal working hours when required.
• Candidates with knowledge or experience in the petroleum industry, SAP, Excise Department, or Customs will be given special consideration.
