- Provide technical advice, resource, and trouble-shooter of product issues and process with the capabilities to be recognized as credible advisor in the technology, implementation and stewardship
- Responsible for quality control and technical complaint management by assisting customer to analysis, interpret lab result, identify formulations, predict equivalent grade etc. Handle customer queries on matters relating to technical aspects including quality control, interpretation result of samples from customers and respond with appropriate solutions.
- Ensure all product quality delivered to customer meet their satisfactory requirement, achieve superior quality and reliability levels and standard regulations.
- Support technical recommendation product specific control, stewardship, handing processes to Ensure such controls are fully implemented at customer site as well as Ensure all safety datasheet/ label of product are available to international standards/ regulations and periodically review.


Bachelor's Degree of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology with direct experience approximately 5 years


 - Strong chemical technical background either through formal education and/or experiences
- Self-directed Learning & Detail Oriented
- Good command of English
