TX Business Partner Coordinator

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

- Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to management and local HR teams in manpower planning, succession planning, talent development, performance management, and organization effectiveness.
- Lead and coach team members to ensure effective execution, capability development, and achievement of team objectives.
- To manage and drive HR essential activities in TX Thailand and affiliates (Vietnam, Indonesia, Singapore, India, etc.).
The role assesses current and future HR-related needs, develops practical solutions, and ensures alignment between people strategy and business objectives.
- Coordinate and monitor HR initiatives across affiliates to ensure consistency and alignment with TX Group policies and practices.
- Provide HR analysis, insights, and recommendations to support business and people-related decision making.
- Lead or participate in HR projects, process improvement initiatives, and organizational development activities.
- Support employee relations, labor relations, and people management matters to ensure compliance and effective workforce management.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to strengthen HR capabilities, processes, and service delivery.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to support business continuity and organizational growth.
- Prepare and consolidate HR information, reports, and presentations for management review and decision-making.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of HR-related proposals, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational initiatives to management committees and senior leadership for review and approval.

EDUCATION

Bachelor or higher in HRM, HRD, Business Administration, Economics or related fields.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Organization Development, or related HR functions.
  • Experience in regional or multinational organizations is highly preferred.
  • Good planning and organizing, coordination, problem identification/solution and communication skill. Computer skill is advantage.
  • Very Good English and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders across countries and cultures.
