ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

- Develop medium and long term business plan for TOP Group and wholly owned subsidiaries (TLB, TPX, LABIX) that align with Strategic Direction (Target & Execution Plan) and submit to board of directors for approval. 
- Develop monitoring and reporting system for the progress and variable of STS initiatives/Business performance vs plan both medium term and long term in order to ensure that the company will be able to achieve the strategic target.
- Develop financial models, prepare sensitivity financial forecast analysis and reporting tools to identify business opportunities, risk and ensure performance achievement. 
- Monitor external & internal factors that could impact the business plan.
- Analyze the results of business performance, compile reports, evaluate performance against business plan, provide insights on deviations, and present to the management team.
- Develop key business content and financial explanations for ralated communication teams.
- Review and comment on communication materials such as press releases, infographics, and stakeholder messaging.
- Provide analytical support to ensure consistency and accuracy of external communication regarding breakdown of net profit for improving understanding from the public.
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment among commercial, finance, investor relations, public affairs, and related functions on sensitive communication topics.
- Build networking with research institutions to provide relavant information to the public for improving understading and perception in refinery business in Thailand.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or Master degree in MBA, Finance or Business Strategy.

EXPERIENCE

At least 2-3 years of working experiences in Corporate/Business Planning and Financial Analysis background are preferrable.
- Strong analytical skill and strategic thinking.
- Understanding of basic accounting, finance and having well-rounded knowledge in business management.
- Possessing project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, solving problems on the spot, and delivering work under pressure or tight deadlines.
- Advanced user for Microsoft suite (Excel, Word and Power Point).
