Pipeline Sales Coordinator (Saraburi)

• Male /Female with age above 30 years 
• Diploma in transport/logistics or related field


1. To control the product sale quantity and quality at  Saraburi, and to ensure daily sale volume not exceed the physical stock, including stock of ethanol, B100 and additives, by coordination with commercial team, scheduler-pipeline transfer and relevant parties.
2. To check and ensure the correctness of Purchase Order (PO) received from customers and ensure the credit was accepted (if customers are under credit basis) before issue Delivery Order (DO) and providing the seal to the truck driver.
3. To ensure all relevant data is correctly input into Thappline Terminal Automation system (TAS) and ensure the actual loading volume to each truck is according to the data input.  
4. To monitor all relevant activities during truck loading and responsible in problem solving to ensure the overall process run with safe condition and in accordance with procedures or instructions i.e. ISO standard.
5. To daily and monthly report the product volume supplied and remaining stock including ethanol, B100 and additives stock to relevant parties.
6. To supervise and guidance the contractors to perform the assigned work with good quality.
7. To  ensure high quality of customer services are always maintained by acting as Thaioil front-line customer relation focal point.  To receive customer feedback, analyse, response to customer and/or bring those feedback up to immediate supervisor and parties concerned for further action.
8. To ensure the oil accounting transactions are correctly and timely recorded in accordance with accounting standard and related tax law.
9. To perform the oil accouting (ภษ 03-05, ภษ 03-06) for sale volume at SRB and LLK according to Excise’s format and is focal point for yearly Excise audit, together with Thaioil oil accouting staff.
10. To be Thaioil representative for communication/feedback/suggestion/advice to Thappline on the change in any system or work process which has impact on Thaioil benefit.
11. To be Thaioil's representative for any meetings related to depot activities i.e. Resident Distributor (RD) meeting with other suppliers and Thappline.
12. To follow Thaioil QSHE’s policy guidelines when performing, manageing assigned tasks to ensure the QSHE objectives are met with high performance.
