ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

• Develop, maintain and improve investment policy, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Ensure investment projects comply with internal approval processes and governance requirements and support all related partied with information regarding investment management policy, procedure, and any associated matters upon request.
• Coordinate with all concerned parties to perform investment screening for each investment projects by analyzing strategic fit, evaluating investment attractiveness and identifying associated risk and mitigation plan.
• Monitor investment project and progress to ensure that the investment will accomplish as its plan/target.
• Facilitate/Conduct investment look-back analysis.
• Facilitate Executive Committee (EXCOM) Investment for review and govern TOP Group Investment according to TOP Group Investment Management policy and prepare the documents required; as well as taking minutes of meeting.
• Update and maintain all relevant data and information of every investment initiatives on TOP group investment database/system to ensure that all investment information is recorded and can be traced back.

EDUCATION

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Finance or or Master degree in MBA, Finance or Business Strategy.

EXPERIENCE

• At least 2-3 years of working experiences in Investment Management, Portfolio Management and Financial Analysis background are preferrable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation skills, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Understanding of basic accounting, finance and  having well-rounded knowledge in business management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
