ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

1. To increase sales volume to existing customers and establish new market/ customer in order to increase export sales volume at the optimal prices to ensure company's profitability.

2.  To keep updated of customers' needs, competitors' activities, and specific trends.

3.  To manage credit portfolio of customers, credit appraisals, recommending credit line and extensions to new/existing customers with balancing potential business against credit risks. 

4.  To be fully aware of changes in the government's rules and regulations which may directly or indirectly impact the company and key stakeholders.

5.  To provide line manager and Supply Chain to update export sales forecast and maintain constant interaction with other salespeople to keep update market trend and best practices, as well as price/margin strategies.

6.  To distribute our products via distributor in each country by using our TOP group strength.

7.  To prepare to try out new approaches and take well-balanced commercial risks in line with TOP Corporate Governance (CG) and QSHE standards.

8.  To focus on developing customized product  to sell as HVP which can generate more profits than commodities. 

EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum or chemical engineering, or both scientific and technical fields, economic,   marketing, or related field and experience in marketing with strongly understanding of management is preferable.

EXPERIENCE

-    At least 0-3 years experience on the industry with a strong command in English language.
-   Solid understanding of Solvent business or Chemical business.
-   Strong analytical skill for market information as well as initiate new/better approaches to ensure that the right making decision take place.
-   Strong problem solving, decision making and logical thinking
-   Interpersonal skill and easy going
-   Strong negotiation skill
-   Excellent written and verbal communication
-   Strong command in English language
-   Effective presentation skills
