HR Business Partner Coordinator

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

  • Partner with line managers to plan, monitor, and implement human resourcing strategies, ensuring timely provision of the right quantity and quality of talent to achieve business objectives
  • Drive key HRM processes, including manpower planning, succession and career planning, performance management, and competency/potential development
  • Manage employee relations (ER), industrial relations (IR), and public relations (PR), ensuring all matters are handled effectively and in line with organizational standards
  • Provide HR support and coordination for employees on overseas assignments (secondment), including locations such as Indonesia, India, and Vietnam
  • Execute HR operations activities, including office services and corporate affairs, ensuring smooth and efficient support functions
  • Gather and analyze relevant information to support organizational proposals and facilitate management decision-making
  • Support staff welfare programs in alignment with company policies and management direction
  • Ensure availability of workplace facilities and support employee well-being and health-related matters
  • Organize and coordinate special activities, including staff events and executive functions, as required
  • Prepare and communicate internal corporate communications, such as circulars, memorandums, company bulletins, employee news, announcements, and event materials

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management (HRM), Human Resource Development (HRD), Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resource Development (HRD), Human Resource Management (HRM), Organization Development (OD), Knowledge Management (KM), or Learning Organization practices. Experience in the petroleum, petrochemical, or related industries will be considered an advantage.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Demonstrated strengths in planning, organizing, coordination, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Fluency in English communication is required.
