ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY

- Business Development, Opputunity study and analysis, Market analysis & management 
- Develop strategic objective, execution roadmap, potential business model. 
- Drive, monitor, manage as well as report overall consolidated projects progress to ensure business plan achievement. 
- Corporate or strartegic planning management, subsidaiary management
- Financial & Investment planning and analysis
- Commercial Growth Activation: Drive the expected outcome toward commercial success by aligning strategies, identifying quick wins, and building momentum in current markets.​
- Market Opportunity Scanning: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify and explore growth opportunities, potential challenges, and strategic moves.​
- Know-how Transfer & Learning: Deep dive into the specific capabilities to absorb technical or market specific know-how.​
- Bridge Builder Role: Act as a strategic link between the parent organization, ensuring mutual understanding and trust.​
- End-to end from opportunity seeking until transition to post-execution phase of new business/ new product/ new market development.​

EDUCATION

Bachelor or higher in in Chemical Technology, Engineering & MBA, business & commercial related field e.g. Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. (further education in MBA or related field is a plus)

EXPERIENCE

- 3-5 years of experience with business and commercial acumen
- age not over 35 yrs old
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial and global mindset
- Fluent in English
- Able to work overseas

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

- Good communication skills, friendly, and approachable are needed.
- Require minimum TOEIC 750
