ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY
1. Responsible to provide services to international customers.
2. Coordinate with concerned parties and handling all related matters of export operation process.
3. Handle shipping documents (i.e., Performa invoice, Commercial invoice, Packing list, B/L, FTA form etc.)
4. Monitor customer payment , Letter of Credit.
5. Handling customer inquiries, customer complaint and customer satisfaction.

EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration or related.
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in import/export process, customer service, sales coordinator, sale supports , sale operations will be advantage.
- New graduates are welcome.
- SAP knowledge (SD Module) will be advantage.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Good service mind, interpersonal and communication skill.
